You can contact us to change the details before shipping out. If the parcels are shipping out, then you can not change anything.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before shipping.If the parcels are shipping out, then you cannot cancel.

When will my order be shipped?

When you make an order, we need time to prepare and pack, it will be shipped out in 2-4days.

Why did I not receive my full order?

If there are something different in products’details, we wil contact you to confirm the detail ,you can choose to cancel that product or change it into the other ones. We won’t ship out the parcel before your confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently just accept Paypal payment.

Does the price include taxes?

How long does delivery take?

Different countries delivery time is different. It depends on the flights , the speed of customs clearance or another thing, such as weather problem.

It takes 15-25days to everywhere in the world,except some special countries,like Brazil takes more than 40days

2) Express

It normally takes 5-10days.
